I am a scientist with strong research interests in inorganic synthesis and materials engineering. I received my Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Brown University under the mentorship of Prof. Shouheng Sun, and I am currently an International Institute for Nanotechnology Postdoctoral Fellow in Prof. Chad A. Mirkin’s laboratory at Northwestern University.

Research Interests

My research focuses on developing rapid methods to discover functional materials, including smart materials for catalysis, permanent magnets, and hybrid materials by combining chemical synthesis with high-throughput techniques and artificial intelligence. These projects led to 12 first-author papers and 15 co-author papers published in peer-reviewed journals, including PNAS, Nature Communications, JACS, Angewandte Chemie, Nano Letters, and ACS Nano.
